PanDDA analysis of F2X-Entry Screen vs. the main protease of SARS-CoV-2, including auto-refined models with ligands placed according to PanDDA-map. The event maps are included in the mmcif and are the determining evidence for the ligands. 2FoFc and FoFc maps will be mostly not useful to consider here. Gemmi cif2mtz can be used to split the maps again.
