Pairwise Structure Alignment

Use the Pairwise Structure Alignment tool to view sequence alignments and superposed 3D structures.

The Pairwise Structure Alignment tool allows for calculating pairwise structure alignments using different alignment methods. Comparisons can be made for any protein in the PDB archive and/or uploaded data files. A detailed overview is available.

A standalone version of the Mol* 3D viewer supports pairwise structure alignment based on sequence; an overview is also available.
