Biocurator Explores SARS-CoV-2 Proteins in Virtual Reality
11/24
Using Nanome software, people can meet in virtual reality and explore molecular data loaded from the PDB.
Recently, biocurator Gregg Crichlow met with Steve McCloskey went inside Nanome to explore two key complexes that could help researchers identify and develop effective therapeutics: the spike protein bound to its receptor, angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), and the spike protein bound to antibodies.
